Admission Process

We greatly encourage you to take advantage of every opportunity to see how we live out our mission of partnering with parents to develop disciples of Jesus Christ. Step 1 - Discover

You are welcome to begin the enrollment process at any time, but we encourage you to take advantage of all of the available opportunities for you and your family. We recognize that choosing a school for your child is a difficult decision. We want to give you every opportunity to experience West Chester Christian School.

Step 2 - Apply

Once you believe that WCCS would be a good fit for you and your family you are ready to apply. As part of the application you will be asked to provide student education information, parent personal testimonies, and family recommendation forms.

 

Step 3 – Interview/Assessment

Upon receiving your application, we will contact you regarding next steps which may include an interview and individual student assessment.

Step 4 – Admissions Decision

Each student’s application is carefully considered by the administration. All discussions regarding applications are held in strict confidence. Admission decisions consider the student’s potential for success at WCCS and the parents’ desire for a Christ-centered education for their children. Parents will be notified of the admissions decision in person or in writing; reasons for the decision are not disclosed to applicants. WCCS reserves the right to grant admittance only to students who we believe meet the criteria outlined in our admissions policy and those we believe the school can meet the child’s spiritual, academic, and/or physical needs.

 

Step 5 – Enrollment

Congratulations! You have the opportunity to be a part of the WCCS family. Once you have been accepted you may pay the non-refundable enrollment fee and complete all other necessary forms for enrollment.
Part-Time and Homeschool Students

In support of our mission to partner with parents to develop disciples, West Chester Christian School seeks to make available several opportunities for families that homeschool or use a variety of learning options. Part-time students are considered active participants of the student body. Contact the school office to receive more information about these opportunities.
